About Amelia Lehnert
Our photographer, Amelia Lehnert, became a photographer a couple of decades ago, but only recently turned this passion into something others could enjoy through portrait photography for their own life's journey. She loves connecting with people and getting to know them while capturing their personality in photos. Amelia is particularly passionate about photographing moments that impact a woman's life: maternity, newborn(s), illness journeys, supporting aging parents, career branding, and whatever else defines a moment that's worthy of being remembered in this special way.
WHY CHRYSALIS-IMAGERY?
I thought I'd share a little about why 'Chrysalis Imagery'...in the summer of 2019, I had a great "journey" with a monarch chrysalis over a couple of weeks and was there to see the butterfly emerge from its chrysalis and fly.
This very feat of nature timed out just as I was coming to conclusions about my own personal need to be an entrepreneur...the two seemed to metamorphose in such an intertwined way, my business name couldn't help but be named from my transformative journey...after all, that's everything I aspire to capture in a photo...someone's personal journey.
